Gentle first impression with a fruity aroma. The refreshing acidity and light spiciness spread afterwards, and the finish was refreshing.
The slightly darker flavor, the slight nigori-yamami, and the crunchiness that is only possible with nama-zake make it the perfect sake to enjoy during a meal.
I think it can be enjoyed with both Japanese and Western cuisine.
