Nanka Yokai
This must be done with sashimi! And I bought some tiny sashimi with my New Year's Eve soba noodles ^_^.
The aroma is mild and there is a gentle sweetness on the palate. It is different from the fruity feeling that comes through to the nose. Smoky? I don't know how to describe it, but it is a pleasant flavor.

I really wanted to get a zodiac sake, but they were sold out or didn't have it, too bad 😢, but I was lucky to find an interesting brand ✌️ I think there are only a few places in Yamagata City that have this kind of seasonal sake from Daisen. It's delicious but 🤤.
