It is said to be dry, but it is not that dry, and when you hold it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness and a hint of rice flavor. I think it is a well-balanced sake.
I felt it tasted better when it was cold (chilled?) than right out of the refrigerator. I felt it tasted better when it was cold.
The label is also stylishly designed with Kan-tsubaki.
