I was at an exhibition of Saitama Prefecture's products at JR Omiya Station,
I came across a booth of Gonda Sake Brewery, which sells "Naozane.
I tasted the ginjo kumitate and found it to be quite generous, so I bought a 300 ml bottle and headed home.
Not necessarily modern, but plenty of sweetness and flavor, like grapefruit.
It has a lot of charm, and even 300ml is enough to satisfy the taste buds👍.
