Aromatic and sweet with a fanta degree of gasiness.
The supernatant was more to my liking in taste and aroma. The sake lees flavor is more pronounced when mixed with the oli, and I can tell the difference clearly.
I am not a fan of carbonation (I can't burp), so I appreciate the weaker gas. However, this may vary from bottle to bottle.
As for the taste, just as "Usui Sachiyo," who appears in Ojarumaru, cannot drink new tea bags because they are too rich, I am also a poor person, so I cannot keep up with the richness of the higher-priced sake. But this time, perhaps because of the low alcohol content (14%), I did not get tired of drinking it.
