杉浦 智彦Stored at room temperature. When opened, it was young and not to my liking. After about a week, it was delicious. The aroma is typical of conventional sake. It is light on the palate. When you take a sip, it flows smoothly on the tip of the tongue, and the umami and light acidity spread in the middle of the tongue. The taste disappears with a slight bitterness in the middle of the throat. It was a good sake.
