Nada is a sake from Mikage Township. Izumi Shuzo is one of my favorite breweries, brewing Senzuke and Kosen. I found it at Liquor World in Fukui. Got it without a second thought! It is a fire-brewed sake. It has a refreshing sweetness. Quite gassy. Sharp acidity and slight bitterness come and go sharply. As expected from a once-hiked sake. Lemon-y, limey freshness! (A bit underrated by my mother, who prefers sweeter, more palatable sake to sharp, dry sake.) How about when warmed up? The spiciness wells up. It is followed by pokopoko and prose sourness, limey aroma, and sweetness. However, I think it gets a bit cloying. I think this is best drunk cold. Fourth day back home; I've been drinking a lot for four days in a row. I guess I'll have to stop drinking for a while after I return to Hyogo... lol.
