Opened as it's been almost a year now.
It seems to be a test brew, but the label only says "Daiginjo" and nothing else.

No bitterness, astringency, or other unpleasant tastes.
A delicious sake with no complaints about the quality of the sake on display.
It looks like Yamadanishiki 1801, but it must have different specs if it is a test brew.
Since it's Raifuku, I wonder if it's a flower yeast? I'd like to hear about it if I get a chance.
Another bottle is also very promising!
