The KEG DRAFT SAKE series is a sake server with a 10L tank that can maintain the flavor and freshness of freshly squeezed sake for a long period of time. This time, it is the extremely rare Futaragi.
The color is a beautiful silver light nigori.
The aroma is fresh with the deliciousness of rice and bitterness of nigori. It seems to have an obvious bitter taste, but somehow it is fresh and very attractive.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the fine carbonation. Fine and refreshing. Then, there is a bitter-sweet sour taste. It is still bitter, but it is a cute bitter taste.
