[The 2nd Annual Bishu Competition Grand Tasting
Is it a turnaround around here? I'm going to try to make a review of this year's sake tasting.
Next up was a sake tasting that had a certain connection to the sake I was interested in drinking this year 🍶.
Motobun Junmai Ginjo Hana Yeast Abelia
The floral aroma in the rich sweetness of rice, the soft sweetness and umami like the honey of flowers, and the bitter taste that lingers on the tongue after the sweetness spreads and finishes.
The temperature was slightly close to room temperature, but the impression was similar to that of "Rairaku Abelia".
When I talked a little with the brewer, he told me that he had a connection to the area where he lives and that he had talked with my father, and we got into a long conversation 😁.
I could feel his love for Gifu 🥰.

Hi Jive 🐦.
I see you've had a lot of tastings 😁 I'm also interested in the flower yeast sake 😊 even more so when it's similar to Rairaku!
Lovely connection ✨ you never know where you're connected 😆.

Hi Pon, good evening 🌛.
It took me a long time to upload this because I drank too much and had too many reviews 💦.
I guess it's the same Abelia yeast, but the sweetness and aroma are quite similar to "Rairaku" 😁.
