I think this aroma is unique.
When you hold it in your mouth, the umami and acidity of the aged taste is unique.
It's similar to the way I felt when I drank the Ryujinmaru Junmai Ginjo this year, but I don't know or remember the difference at all!
I'd like to compare them!
I don't think it's a trendy flavor, but I think it's great that they are making such unique and delicious sake.
I want to try the Junmai or Daiginjo next!
