The aroma is gorgeous and delicious.
As the label "Akino Hijiri" suggests, it goes well with ingredients that are in season in autumn.
It goes well with saury and bonito. Mushrooms are also good.
The label says the sake rice is Wakamizu. This is a first for me.
Rice polishing ratio is 50%.
