The label of Chiebijin's junmai sake is a kanji version. It is recommended to be served cold or warmed. Today it was served cold. We paired it with a prosciutto salad and shrimp ajillo in a wine glass. It is easy to drink as the umami of the rice spreads gradually 🥂 It goes well with Western food as well. 3/23 It was quite cold outside today, so I heated up the rest of the sake. 50°C ⇨ Sweet and deep flavor, definitely tastes better than chilled. Then at 80℃, we heated the rest of the sake to 80℃ ⇨ The aroma of the fillets is delicious. But it's bitter and hard to drink 💦. It was served with Oita's specialty toriten (chicken tempura). Alcohol content/15%. Fukuoka Mitsukoshi 300ml, 550 yen (tax included)
