This sake is made with the limpid water from this Ishizuchi mountain range. It is not fruity, but it seemed to me to have the taste of a double-bottomed wine.
The brewery's slogan is "Sake made for customers who love Ishizuchi," and they aim to make sake that is delicious from the third cup, focusing on junmai (pure rice) and junmai ginjo sake.
It is delicious.
