I bought it because it was opened at Abeno Kintetsu.
I had a hard time deciding which one to buy, but I decided on "konparu".
I checked the manufacturer's website, and it seems that "Kinparu" is not on the mail order list. However, it appears to be on the Kintetsu store's photo every year and on Rakuten's list in the past, so I guess it is not uncommon for those who know about it.
Now, one of my personal memories of Tokushima is the indigo dyeing experience, and this sake is from a place not too far from the indigo dyeing village. I enjoyed this sake while remembering my indigo dyeing experience.
The sake was strong, yet easy to drink, and I tried to save myself from drinking too much. It reminded me of the Yoshinogawa River.
Now...
This is a sausage that my family prepared for me by chance. It was made in the town on the south side of the Yoshino River across from this brewery, and it turned out to be an evening in Tokushima.
There are so many coincidences, and so much fun to be had.
I am not sure if I am conveying my feelings, but I hope you will enjoy the evening.
