Special District A Yamadanishiki produced in Yoshikawa, Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture, is polished to 50% of the Daiginjo standard. It is brewed with the highest quality contract-cultivated Yamadanishiki. The sweetness and umami of Yamadanishiki, moderate acidity, and gassiness give it an elegant feel. The acidity is slightly stronger than that of the Tojo variety.
