洒落頭（しゃれこうべ）
It has a moderately sour taste that is typical of summer sake and Izumo Fuji, and is easy to drink. Junmai sake (ulti-Japanese alcohol)
The room temperature from cold gave the rice a fluffier taste that I liked better 😋
