Pleasant taste
That's my first impression.
It's solid, but it has the flamboyance of a Ginjo and the mischievous side of a Nama-Genshu 🎵.
It's a fun, complex, multifaceted bottle with a lot of character.
Depending on the drinker(?) But I think that's what Toji-san is aiming for.
It is made with Ocetto, a rice that I am not familiar with, and the alcohol content is a little high, as if it were undiluted sake.
