It has been a long time since I have had Toyo Bijin.
The aroma is restrained, but the scent of rice spreads softly. There are some lychee and muscat-like fruit aromas. There is no sense of gas or microbubbles, but the mouthfeel is clean and refreshing. The sweetness can be felt in the mouth, and it is so easy to swallow that you can almost taste the alcohol. It is as tasty as ever.
