Morishima's 14 yeast is a limited edition ✨I wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't recorded it in Sake-no-Wawa, but this was the first time it was fire-aged, although it is usually a draft sake. Somehow, I'm happy with it, not only because it's easy to drink, but also because it seems a little stronger 😆.
