武侯祠This time it was Omachi sake. I stocked up on low alcohol to drink on weekdays when I was tired after working late and working overtime. While I tend to drink sake from the Tohoku and northern Kanto regions, I get a little excited about sake from the central region of Kansai. I drank this sake over three days and found it to be a sake that goes well with food, with no change in taste, and no tonality in aroma or flavor. If this sake were available at an izakaya, I might order it again and again. I was reminded that there are many different kinds of sake.
