100% Omachi, 50% polished rice, Yamagata yeast used.
The first sip was sweet. I knew it was a good sake, but maybe not to my taste. However, on the third day after the bottle was opened, I paired it with simmered flounder and it was a perfect match! I almost drank it all at once (laugh).
