三百年の掟やぶり本醸造 無ろか樽前生原酒
へべれけしぎん
May 30, 2025, at the 4th Annual Bishu-Ken Yamagata 🍶.
Revenge tasting of a brand I was curious about but couldn't taste last year 😋.
(The name was too mysterious to begin with...)
What rule did we break?
It seems that the sake is filled with the brewer's wish that people drink the sake as it is, even if it means breaking a rule...
If you take this background and philosophy into account, I think you can enjoy the sake in a deeper way 🥰.
(Of course, everyone has his or her own way of enjoying sake, so no need to talk about it! I just want to confront the pure taste without any prior information! I just want to enjoy the taste without any prior information...)
By the way, the fourth photo is one of the snacks we picked up that day, pickles 💖.
Each pack contains two kinds of pickles and costs 500 yen each!
How kind to my wallet that I bought too many refill tickets... 🥹.
In addition to the sake brewery and winery booths, there were also various food exhibits!
Pickled mushrooms, a first in my life 👀!
It was innovative, but not too strange, and just plain delicious!
