Crisp and sweet. Slight bitterness. The aroma is mango-like, and the flavor is sweeter than the aroma. As the temperature rises a little, a refreshing lychee-like sweetness is added.
It is a good saké for when the weather is getting hotter and you want a sweet but light saké!
