Mr. Matsumoto was famous at Sawaya Matsumoto just when I started drinking sake. After some twists and turns, the first squeeze. I was actually planning to drink from Musha Shugyo, but I couldn't hold back and started from here. w
The first day: low alcohol at 13 degrees, like Shinmasa, but with less acidity. It has almost none of the bitterness of Yamadanishiki. The aftertaste is not long. It is hard to catch.
On the third day, it has a sweetness like cotton candy at room temperature. It is similar to Sawaya-Matsumoto's Gohyakumangoku, but without the fizz.
Day 7 I let it sit for a while, but the flavor is rather clean, no complexity, and no spiciness at room temperature, so I thought it was water. Finished without being able to catch it!
