It was purchased at Jishu-an Sato in Aomori Prefecture.
This is an after-the-fact photo.
Since I first received Tazake in Aomori at the end of the year, it is becoming my absolute No. 1 sake.
Until then, I liked Otters, but this is an update.
I seem to prefer dry, easy-drinking sake.
