マグロ漁船
I have had this brand only once before.
I remember that it was a sake with a unique flavor.
The liquor store told us that although it was from Kyoto City, it had a different taste from Fushimi because of the different water system.
The pink label is spring-like.
There is almost no rising aroma.
In the mouth, there is a woody aroma reminiscent of cedar or something. Like a cask sake?
There is also a twang of alcohol.
The umami is robust. There is not much sweetness or acidity.
However, it is somehow soft and does not have a hard image.
From the mid-palate, bitterness comes out clearly.
The sharpness is good.
It has a unique cedar-like flavor, but gives the impression of being a solidly flavored food sake.
This cedar-like aroma was also present in the previous sake, so it may be a characteristic of this brewery.
