Today's dinner was a hometown gourmet! I made sashimi of scallops and salmon, shrimp cutlets, fried scallops ✋, homemade boiled green pepper 🫑, and my son's part-time job - Ma-po eggplant...it was a pretty grand dinner, so I opened this bottle ‼️ (not a special occasion 💦)
The aroma is a little bit of a good ginjo aroma... The first attack is a little bit sweet and then it finishes with a bitter taste, which I like. ‼️
The last time I had Raifuku, I was shocked by the muscat and Raifuku is now certified as a definite sake for my family. ‼️ It's really delicious 🤗.
