Slightly gassy and fruity sweetness. The taste is clear with the delicacy typical of Yamadanishiki. The aroma through the nose is gorgeous and characteristic. Difficult to describe. It smells like lily of the valley. The lingering aftertaste leaves a thin bitter taste on the tongue, and the cup goes on drinking. Very tasty!
