Purchased for warming. It has a sharp attack with a deep flavor that can only come from aging. It has a complex flavor with a hint of sourness and savory notes, and while it is powerful, it finishes lightly in the second half.
It is a delicious sake that you could drink it forever if you drink it little by little.
