しゃくやく
The only sake in the Shinsei Colors series that is brewed in a wooden barrel is "Akisakura (Cosmos)". Junmai sake made with "Improved Shinsho" from Akita Prefecture. The beautiful red-pink label is eye-catching.
It has a fruity aroma and a soft, round, gentle flavor. The balance between sweetness and acidity is excellent. The bubbles on the tip of the tongue are a nice accent. It had a very elegant impression.
