Tamanomitsu Junmai Daiginjo Bizen Omachi 100%.
It was a gift from a very special person.
When I drank it, I found it to be quite robust, with a strong flavor and umami.
It has a rich and thick flavor and a great umami taste, very drinkable, and a wonderful sake that will not bore you ＼(^o^)／It is indeed a Fushimi sake 😆.
