ミドサー酒呑童子

Although unfiltered, the color is nearly transparent, the texture is relatively light, and the ginjo aroma stands out.
The fruity aroma and sweetness spread in the mouth, followed by a pleasant acidity. It has an unexpectedly sharp taste, and the sake goes down a treat. The slightly low alcohol content makes the flavor itself seem to rise to the surface.
The overall flavor is juicy and fresh, giving the impression of a modern sake. This is Sengoku.
Rice used: 80% Omachi (koji rice 60 polished), 20% Yamadanishiki (kake rice 50 polished)
Strength: 14%.
