Aroma is discreet but lychee-like.
Refreshing and light, but with a decent umami flavor.
Compared to the fire-roasted one I had before, the freshness is more pronounced and the acidity is a little stronger.
The freshness stands out and the acidity is a bit stronger.
No bitterness, fresh to the end.
I think I prefer this one.
