A luxuriously warmed junmai ginjo with a blooming aroma and flavor. Aroma and flavor that blooms in a luxurious warmed sake. A beautifully mellow heated sake. Easy to drink, beautifully balanced flavor, recommended even for those who have never had much heated sake. Beautiful and gorgeous aroma. The fruity atmosphere is typical of Miyakanbai, and it wafts gently through the air. From the soft mouthfeel, it has a gentle and mellow texture that spreads with smoothness. The taste is balanced with a rich umami and beautiful sweetness, and rounded acidity rounds out the flavor. After a soft lingering aftertaste, it quickly fades away.
Designed at 47°C, the sweetness and umami spread and become slightly cocoa-like. The convergence is refreshing with an unexpectedly effective acidity. It has a dry aftertaste.
