This sake is brewed from eight different types of rice: Gohyakumangoku, Ginpu, Yumesasara, Yamadanishiki, Aizan, Omachi, Comet, and Kitashizuku.
Eight different types of sake rice are used in each brewing process. It has a sweetness on the palate that is followed by a spiciness. It is more like a sake by itself than a food pairing.
