In Tamamura-cho, we also wanted to visit "Non-Ginzensen", which we had not tasted yet, as well as "Taiheiki no Sato", but it seems they are not really producing it, and the store is closed and not in operation. Next is the dry type "Qing嘹".
It has a gorgeous pear-like aroma.
It has a crisp, yet smooth taste that rides on the tongue with a good amount of umami and a sharp spiciness and acidity that stimulates the taste buds. The dry, dry stimulation that comes even through the throat is unbearably delicious!
