Dio Abita brewed with Yamada Nishiki from Mimuro cedar I am looking forward to it.
I saw your check-in for Hana Kyun and wanted to try it, so I went to the liquor store but they didn't have it, so I bought this one ❕❕❕.
Overall, it gives the impression of sweetness, but it also has a slightly tangy acidity and a clean, delicious sake with a refreshing aftertaste. 🤓
It seems to go well with all kinds of food. 😋🍴💕
It has a sweet taste when served with fish, such as seared kinme sashimi, but when served with strong-flavored dishes, the acidity is more pronounced than the sweetness, giving it a clean and refreshing taste.
It is one of my favorite brands.
I like it very much.
