I drank a bottle in a week and it was a completely different sake after a week than on the first day of opening.
The balance of sweetness, spiciness, and bitterness on the first day of opening the bottle was the most delicious๐
The spiciness and bitterness gradually disappeared and it became a sweet and crisp sake.
I think it is better to enjoy it as soon as possible after opening the bottle.
It's a matter of taste, for me at least ๐.
