Eikohuji Hinowa
Edible rice "Tsuyahime" is used.
I quite like the label, which seems to be well-liked by men.
Compared to the image of Eikofuji, it is more of a food sake, and its fruity and aroma is a bit more subdued and less assertive, while the flavor is stronger.
The name "Eiko-Fuji" comes from the fact that the character for "Eiko-Fuji" was added to the original name "Fuji" in the early days of the company with a wish for prosperity. It is also said that the symmetrical character "Eiko Fuji" represents the brewery's philosophy of "sake brewing with no two sides of the same coin.
