I bought this one in a packet at Lajomon because of the cute GOLD label 🍶.
It has a soft sweetness and sharpness that is typical of Sho Shiki. The richness of amino acid, which is the same color as the label despite being a nama-shu, and the bitterness at the end. The bitterness at the end.
