はかたサバスキー
As far as I can tell, there are only two sake breweries in Kagoshima Prefecture, a shochu paradise, that make sake, and one of them is Junmai Ginjo.
It has a discreet yet crisp fruit-like heady aroma.
When you take it to your mouth, the strong aroma and slightly sweet flavor spreads for a moment, but it quickly disappears and goes down smoothly.
It is good to drink it with Kagoshima's specialty, deep-fried kibinago (dried yellowtail).
Thank you very much.
