Morishima is a limited distribution brand from Morishima Shuzo in Ibaraki Prefecture.
It has been renewed from 2019 (the first sake brewing year of 2039) from the previous brand "Taikan".
After about 10 years since its conception, we named it after our own gender "Morishima" to express our passion and determination for sake brewing.
The label is designed with the actual Oya stone of the brewery that collapsed in the Great East Japan Earthquake, to express our unyielding spirit to continue brewing sake and our desire to never forget to throw a stone at ourselves in the future.
