This is the standard shimmering fire.
How many times have you drunk it already?
I have already written about it many times here, but it always tastes good, and I am happy to drink it when I find it on the bar menu.
I especially like sake from Toyama Prefecture, but Tateyama and Haneya have a special affinity for me.
I would like to visit the brewery someday.
