Aroma: Fresh sake with a hint of sweetness. Peach
Bitterness on the outside of sweetness. The sourness is not so strong.
It's light, so even a namaishu would suit you!
In the aftertaste, the Omachi taste lingers for a long time.
It gets a little boring when you keep drinking it, so it's better to drink it straight out of the glass.
Use this glass for the second half rather than a glass with a wide mouth.
80% Omachi, 50% polished rice
