Sake submissions, again!
This time, we're dedicating a bottle of sake to our eldest daughter, the New Year's sake, engraved with the Chinese zodiac sign of the year!
The aroma of apples drifts softly through the air. In the mouth, there is a pleasant stimulation with a tingling sensation as you would expect from unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. The sweetness of the wine spreads as if it were smooth. The apple-like aroma that goes through the nose is pleasant and the aftertaste is refreshing. But there is also a slight bitterness and a crispness that is typical of an unpasteurized sake. That's why you can't stop drinking the next one. The New Year bottle is delicious every year. This year's was even tastier, with all kinds of thoughts on it!
