The wine barrels used to age Merlot at the Fermier winery in Niigata were sent to the Takenoro Sake Brewery in Yamagata Prefecture, where Hakuro Tarujyu is brewed, to be filled with sake and aged for 60 days. The taste is just like white wine itself. 3 kinds of Fermier FUSION were drunk, and all of them were delicious, but KAMEIRAI might be the best. 2100yen
