I bought it on impulse because they were selling a limited quantity of suzumi saké made with white koji.
It is very refreshing, light, and delicious.
It is not too dry and not too sweet, so it is easy to drink.
I think it goes well with any dish, but if you drink it when your palate is still clear, such as as an aperitif, the delicate flavor will spread on your palate.
