Amabuki korigasane
It was dry but easy to drink.
It was named after Mt. Amabuki, located northeast of the brewery.
Currently, Sotaro Kinoshita, the 11th generation brewer, serves as president and his younger brother Daisuke Kinoshita is the chief brewer.
The most distinctive feature of the Amabuki brewery is that it brews sake using "flower yeast," which is extracted from natural flowers. More than 11 different types of flower yeast are used, including nadeshiko, strawberry, abelia, rhododendron, moonbeauty, sunflower, and banana, and the unique aroma and flavor produced by each yeast can be enjoyed.
