Harushika gives the impression of being super dry, but this is the first time I have tasted a umaguchi.
The aroma and acidity are not very strong, and the mellow and gorgeous flavor of the rice spreads in the mouth.
I personally recommend light flavors with snacks, as lighter flavors are better than dark flavors, allowing you to drink with a strong sense of umaguchi.
